Regulatory considerations

Recent changes in the way that HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) deal with probate valuations has increased the need for detailed inventories to satisfy the conditions of IHTA 1984 - Section 160. Our probate valuations will help with the completion of IHTA 400.
