Handsome presentation binding. Bound in rich navy leather with gilt coat of arms to the front, gilt titles and decoration to the spine. The leather is in good condition with just a little fading to the rear, slight fading to the gilt to the front. All edges of the text block are marble with marbled endpapers. Presentation label from Banstead School dated 1912 to the front pastedown. There is the very occasional spot of foxing throughout otherwise the pages are very clean throughout, beautifully illustrated. pp 231. Overall a good copy.
