Fist Edition. Un-dated but circa 1900. A Scarce title in fair condition only with discolouration to the pictorial cloth boards. Spine frayed and partly detached. With an introduction to The Music Halls by George Gamble and twenty four chromolithographs by G.F. Scotson-Clark. Each Lithograph depicts a music hall artist such as Dan Leno, George Robey, Eugene Stratton, many more pictured. Binding weak with cracking to the internal hinges. There is foxing throughout although the majority of the illustrations are clean. Two pages of advertisements to the rear. pp. 48 + plates.
