Bound in full tan leather - triple gilt rule border; raised bands to spine, gilt titling. Spine is very worn with a 5cm by 6cm piece missing to the bottom (almost all of the bottom compartment). Joints with the boards are cracked and leather is coming away along these edges. Minor loss to the top of the spine. Boards are rubbed to extremities with bumping to corners. Marble endpapers, bookplate to front pastedown. Title page is nearly completely detached and torn away from contents. Binding is o/w a little delicate. Contents a little browned with age in places but o/w good. pp 966.This book is heavy and may incur extra postal charges.
