n.d. but inscription on verso of ffep is dated May 1897. Bound in red cloth, bevelled edges, gilt and black titling and decoration to spine and upper board; all edges gilt. Many coloured illustrations and monochrome drawings throughout. Contents are generally clean and bright with only minor foxing in places. Binding is a little weakened with some pages beginning to pull away, however this volume is complete intact. Overall this is a nice copy.
