Edition: 1st
A collection of the Yorkshire Archaeological Journal. The collection consists of part 82 dated 1910 and parts 105 dated 1923 to volume 64 dated 1992. The run is printed on behalf of the society by John Whitehead & Son, Imries Printeries and The West Yorkshire Printing Company Limited. All are bound with paper covers with some of the covers worn and the spines creased with some loss of paper. Two copies not mentioned are without their covers completely. Light pencil marks to the front cover of one or two of the earlier copies with a neat pencil signature to the front free end-paper and a few pencil annotations throughout, again to a few of the earlier copies. Overall a lovely collection of books with chapters on The Roman Forts At Elslack, Excavations At Eastburn East Yorkshire, A Seventeenth Century Parliamentary Election, and Visitations Of The Peculiar Of Masham. This is a heavy set, a total of eighty nine books, so may require extra shipping.
