With and Introductory Preface by Charlotte Elizabeth. Original brown cloth binding with beautiful embossed detail and harp to the front and rear boards and gilt titles to the spine. The binding unfortunately is a little worn with some discolouration and lifting of the cloth. Spine is frayed along the hinges with pieces missing to the top and base. Binding a little weak. The title page has a small piece cut out from the top of the page presumably to cut out a signature. Pages lightly age-toned with minor pencil notation to the rear otherwise contents clean. pp. viii + 340 + publishers' page.
