Hardback bound in original red cloth with gilt title to cover and spine. Bookseller sticker to fep. Inscription to top of title page and top of preface. Patches of rubbing and scuffing to binding, corners a little bumped. Spine is a little sunned, with some soiling and wear to spine edges. Cracking to gutter visible at endpapers and to some pages, binding starting but sound. Prelims darkened. Rfep loose. Pages lightly toned to edges, with occasional light thumbing, otherwise clean and bright for the most part. Overall good condition. viii + 303 + iv pp. Bullinger (1837-1913) was an English Bible scholar and theologian, whose controversial views are tied to Ultradispensationalism, often referred to as Bullingerism. An interesting and scarce book.
