Original blue cloth boards with yellow titles and pictorial paper on-lay to the front, yellow titles and vignette to the spine. The boards are in very good condition with very little wear, spine slightly sunned. Binding is weak with cracking to the internal hinges. End-papers heavily toned. Pages are very clean throughout with just the occasional spot of foxing. Beautifully illustrated with full page colour plates and line drawings throughout. pp. 738. Overall a good copy.
