No Date circa 1860. Beautifully bound in dark blue cloth with decorative embossed detail to the front and rear boards and gilt detail to the spine. The cloth is a little rubbed and worn especially to the spine. All edges of the text block gilt. Binding tight. Adverts to the front and rear end-papers. Previous owners' inscription to the verso of the frontispiece. Pages lightly toned although clean throughout. Vignette to the title page. pp. 197 + 1. Overall a good copy of a scarce title. With provenance from the Beeton Family, from Major Beeton's private library.
