First Edition. Edited by David Scott Duncan. Original dark green cloth boards in good condition, front board bright and clean despite a minor blemish. Slight bumping to the corners. Spine in good condition with just a little dent towards the top edge. Light shelf wear and small closed tears to the top and base. Gilt titles still bright and legible. Adverts to the endpapers. Binding still fairly tight despite cracking to the rear internal hinge. Pages slightly toned with the occasional spot of foxing throughout otherwise pages are clean. Illustrated with photographic plates and folding plan of "Plan Of The Golf Links" Burnham Somerset. pp. 530 + 40. Overall a good copy of a scarce title.
