First Edition Hard Back. Publishers' original red cloth boards with gilt titles and portrait to the front. The cloth is heavily discoloured to the front and rear with the cloth slightly lifting. Spine sunned with a little shelf wear to the base small closed tear to the top. Binding still fairly tight despite cracking to the internal hinges. The first few pages are loose. Front endpapers toned while the rear endpapers have small pieces missing to the corners. There are light thumb marks to the title page and occasionally to the margins of the text throughout, ink is lightly smudged to a few of the pages. Pages otherwise are very clean throughout. Profusely illustrated. A collection of Golf Illustrated bound into one volume. This copy is housed a matching red slip case in beautiful condition. Scarce Copy. An informative and invaluable collection of golfing tips with beautifully illustrated adverts.
