Hard Back. Beautifully bound in full green cloth with gilt and printed design to the front. In overall good condition, the cloth is still clean and the gilt still bright. Spine is very lightly sunned with a slight lean. All edges of the text block bright gilt. Decorative endpapers with cracking to the rear internal hinge. Despite this the binding is still fairly tight. Previous owners' inscription and foxing to the verso of the frontispiece. Foxing to the rear free endpaper and to the page opposite. Pages otherwise are very clean throughout and beautifully illustrated. pp. viii + 312. Overall a good + copy.
