First English Edition. Hard Back. Translated from the German by Minna J.A. Bergmann. Original brown cloth boards with pictorial to the front and spine. The boards although sound do show a little discolouration with a little surface wear to the front pictorial. The spine has a red mark along the rear outer hinge with slight shelf wear to the top and base. Internally the binding is tight. Light foxing to the prelims and very occasionally throughout otherwise a good clean copy. Beautifully illustrated throughout with many black and white line drawings, full page and with-in the text. pp. xiv + 326. Overall a good copy.
