Decorative end-papers with previous owners' book plate to the front paste down. Pages appear unread with no marks or inscriptions. Housed in a slip case which shows a little fading and wear. Volume I Comedies, pp. 752. Volume II, Histories and Poems, pp. 800. Volume III, Tragedies and Romances, pp. 912. Edited, with Introduction, Notes, a Biography and Bibliography by A.L. Rowse. Profusely Illustrated. Overall a good + set. This set is heavy and will require extra shipping.
