Bound in striking red cloth. Gilt title to front and spine, spine's cloth slightly faded due to sunning. Front free endpaper folds out to reveal a map and history of Ceylon in the late 1600s. Pages throughout are clean and bright with black-and-white photographs throughout, as well as diagrams and paintings. Overall in very good, clean condition. pp. xiv + 152. With a tourist guide map of Galle, Sri Lanka enclosed.
