Illustrated with Wood Engravings, With A Biographical Memoir, And Notes On The Poems. Beautifully bound in full burgundy leather with ornate gilt decoration to the boards and spine. In overall good condition despite a little surface wear to the front board, corners slightly bumped, and a little wear and fading to the spine. All edges of the text block are gilt and still bright. Internally the binding is tight. Marbled endpapers with bookplate to the front pastedown. Previous owners' signature to the top of the title page. There is a little foxing to the prelims and towards the rear with the occasional spot throughout otherwise the pages are very clean. Beautifully illustrated. pp. xxvii + 235. Overall a good copy with a stunning binding.
