First Edition Hard Back. White dustjacket with illustrated front cover in good condition despite a little discolouration along the base of the rear cover. Burgundy cloth boards with minor staining to the front however in good condition with bright gilt titles to the spine. Rich burgundy endpapers with previous owners' bookplate to the ffep. The pages are clean throughout with no further inscriptions or foxing. Illustrated with line drawings and maps. pp. 447. Overall a good copy. The companion volume to The Atlas of Breeding Birds.
