Hardback First Edition. The illustrated dustjacket is in good condition despite a little fading to the spine and off-settling to the front and rear covers. Original brown cloth boards with gilt titles to the spine clean and bright and showing very little wear. Previous owners' bookplate and small sticker to the front free endpaper. Pages are a little toned but clean throughout, illustrated with photographic plates and maps. pp. 199. Overall a good copy.
