Third Edition Hardback. The illustrated dustjacket is in a good clean condition although does show a little wear especially to the extremities. Original black cloth boards with minor fading to the top of the spine otherwise in very good condition. Previous owners' neat inscription and bookplate to the front free endpaper. The pages otherwise are clean throughout, beautifully illustrated with colour plates and black and white line drawings. pp. 363. Overall a good copy. The comprehensive revisions in this edition, together with new illustrations, make this important reference the most complete work on Pigeons and Doves.
