Rebinding, smartly bound in black cloth with gilt title to spine. Minor foxing but pages otherwise in good condition, a "fac-simile" of a map of Leicester published in 1610. Illustrated throughout. Some water marks to frontispiece entitled "Interior of Leicester Castle as it appeared in 1821". pp. viii + 312. 
Overall an excellent rebinding in good condition.
