Hard back. In beautiful green binding with a pictorial cover and bright gilt title text. The gilt text and design on the spine is a little faded. There is slight wear to the extremities and the spine, but is otherwise in very good condition. Internally, on the front free end pages there is a little foxing and a pencil inscription from a previous owner. The text is clean and readable throughout. pp. 441. Overall, a very good copy that would make a lovely part of a collection.
