Soft back. Ex-library copy. The cover is in a very good condition, in an ex-library plastic cover, which has some marks on it and is a little worn. There are some small marks around the edges of the pages. Internally, there is some wear on the verso of the front cover and in the front end papers where previous library stickers have been removed. There is a small pencil inscription in the front end papers belonging to a previous owner. There is a library stamp on the publication information page. The text is readable throughout. pp. xxxiii + 88. Overall, a very good copy of reprints of the earliest published editions of Mother Shipton (1641, 1684, and 1686), alongside numerous contemporary illustrations, and the Story of Knaresborough by Arthur Mee.
