Hard back. The front and rear boards remain in a very good condition, with some slight wear to the extremities, but the gold gilt titles on the front remain very bright. The spine is a little worn along the top and bottom edges, but retains its gilt title well. The edges of the pages are faded, and rather worn along the top edge. Internally, there is a small pencil inscription belonging to a previous owner on the verso of the front board, and toning to the front and rear free end papers. Slightly foxed throughout with occasional pencil markings, but the text remains readable. pp. 119 + 30. Overall, a very good copy of this unique reprint of a selection of works by Gascoigne.
