Soft back. The front and rear covers are both in very good condition, both retaining their bright pictorial design, showing little sign of wear, besides some creasing to the extremities. The spine is not faded, with just some slight wear to the top and bottom edges. The edges of the pages are a little faded. Internally, there is some wear to the verso of the front and opposite this, on the half title page, where a bookplate has been removed. There are ex-library stamps on the half title and the publication information pages. The pages and numerous maps throughout are clean. pp. 117. Overall, a very good copy of Maltwood's discovery of the landscape of Glastonbury as a chart of the Zodiac, revealing a deep prehistoric understanding of astronomy.
