The gold gilt text remains bright. Top edge of pages slightly foxed. Internally, there is a small pencil inscription belonging to a previous owner in the front free end papers. Pages clean throughout, with all text readable. pp. 339. Overall, a very good copy of this study into the Short Parliament of 1640.
