Softback edition of the Signature series. With inscription "to Matilda with love from JK Rowling" on the half-title page. In July 2011 JK Rowling gave a world-exclusive interview in a little-known UK magazine called Words With Jam. She did this because her friend was part of the editorial team. Matilda, who was nine at the time, was the daughter of one of the columnists and a huge fan of JK Rowling and the Harry Potter series. She was asked by JK Rowling, through the magazine, to provide a review of her books, and together with her interview the review was published in the magazine. As a gesture of thanks JK Rowling sent Matilda a signed copy of The Philosopher's Stone, Matilda's favourite book. The book is in a clean bright condition with no creasing to the spine while internally the pages are pristine. This book comes complete with the printed magazine, which in itself is quite rare as most of the magazine's circulation were in e-zone format. A fantastic book to own, a worthy addition to any Harry Potter Collection. Complete with provenance.
