Essay anthology prize binding, full leather in blood orange blind-stamped with elaborate gilt crest comprising mythical beasts topped by a camel. Double ruled gilt border with roses at each corner to both front and rear. Further gilding to the spine's banding and six panels. Marbled text block and gilt outer edges. Lovely marbling to the endpapers with a prize bookplate dated 1906. A little foxing to the pages with 12 photographic portraits. Rubbing to the spine. pp.395. Very Good. Includes De Quincey and Lamb.
