Hardback clothbound. Edited by Reginald Brimley Johnson. Northanger Abbey, 1900. Beautifully bound in pale green cloth with dark green printed pictorial detail and gilt titles to the front. The cloth is in good condition despite a little darkening to the spines.The top edge of the text block is gilt while the fore edge remains untrimmed. Decorative endpapers are lightly foxed but remain free of any bookplates or inscriptions. Beautifully illustrated with several full-page colour plates including the frontispiece. The pages remain clean with just the very occasional spot of foxing. A lovely addition to any collection, beautifully illustrated by C.E. & H.M. Brock.
