Hardback. A very good five volume set of Macaulay's History of England housed in two cream slipcases. Beautifully bound in deep blue cloth with bright gilt decoration to the front and gilt titles to the spines. Top edges coloured blue with beige endpapers to each volume. The set is in overall good condtion despite the occasional mark to the cloth, the pages within appear unread with no inscriptions or foxing. The cream slipcases show minor wear to the extremities. Volume I - 526 pp. Volume II - 526 pp. Volume III - 582 pp. Volume IV - 661 pp. Volume V - 244 pp. Overall a very good set.
