The spine has lightly faded with shelf wear to the top and base. There is a previous owner's inscription to the half title page otherwise the pages are in a very good clean condition. Illustrated with a full page colour frontispiece and a further seven colour plates throughout. pp. 384 + 16. Overall a very good clean copy.
