Hardback. Handsomely bound in the publisher's blue cloth with pictorial and titles to the front and spine. In overall good condition despite a little discolouration to the rear and fading to the spine. The binding is tight with no loose pages. There is a large inscription dated 1928 to the verso of the frontispiece. The rest of the pages are generally clean despite the occasional spot of foxing. Beautifully illustrated with a full page colour frontispiece and four in monochrome. pp. 384 + 2. Overall a good copy, published after the author's death.
