Special c.1920s copy of The Wizard Of Oz, beautifully preserved, with incredible artwork. Rich variety of original illustrations by W W Denslow, including full-page colour pictures. The front board has a pictorial paper on-lay featuring two of the book's most iconic characters Scarecrow and the Tin Man. The book is bound in rich green cloth with black printed lettering to the spine. Small previous book sellers sticker to the front free endpaper. The rest of the pages, although lightly toned are beautifully clean throughout. pp.208. Overall a very good copy of this children’s classic story.
