Hardback. Limited Edition copy of only 350 copies, this is number 141, signed by the artist Lewis Baumer. Handsomely bound in the publisher's original vellum with gilt titles, colour pictorial paper onlay to the front surrounded by ornate gilt decoration. Top edge gilt while the fore edge remains untrimmed. Decorative endpapers, illustrated with several tipped-in colour plates, each with their tissue guard. The binding is a little discoloured especially to the rear and the ribbon ties are not present. The binding otherwise is in good condition with very little wear. Internally there is a little foxing to the front endpapers and the occasional thumb mark, otherwise the pages are clean throughout. All twenty coloured plates are present and intact. pp. 483. A beautiful copy.
