Hardback. A beautiful little copy full of whimsical illustrations of fairies, elves and animals. The pretty pictorial paper covered boards are in good condition despite creasing to the rear. Small presentation label dated 1946 to the verso of the front free endpaper. The top right hand corner of some of the pages show a small piece missing together with a little wear. The pages, however are clean with no inscriptions or foxing, with several colour and black and white illustrations. A lovely little copy.
