Hardback. Beautifully illustrated by Mabel Lucie Attwell. Quarter bound in green cloth with paper covered boards. The boards are worn with some paper loss to the extremities. The binding is still farily tight despite cracking to the gutter. Complete with 12 colour plates and several line drawings within the text. There are two plates loose with four partly detached. The pages are clean despite a few thumb marks, stain to the base of pages 88 and 89 and the line drawing to page 97 has been coloured in. pp. 136 + 8. Stories included are Hansel and Grethel, Briar Rose, Cinderella, Little Snow-White and many more.
