Hardback. Beautifully bound in blue cloth with pretty pictorial and titles to the front board. Titles and vignette to the spine. The front board is clean and bright despite a little surface wear while the spine has faded. All edges are gilt. Pictorial endpapers with no bookplates or inscriptions. The pages are clean with just a hint of foxing. Beautifully illustrated with 6 coloUr plates and 70 in half-tone. pp. 319. Overall a lovely copy. Would make an ideal gift.
