A New Edition, Revised and Corrected. With Twenty-Four illustrations on steel, by George Cruikshank. Contemporary binding in half burgundy leather with burgundy cloth sides. Five raised bands and black title band to the spine. The leather is a little rubbed and worn with fading to the spine. The text block is quite firm. A small plain label has been firmly pasted onto the front paste down with the name of the book and date written in pencil. The rest of the pages show some foxing although overall clean and in good condition. pp. xii + 311. Overall a good copy of this classic tale from Charles Dickens.
