This copy is number 639 and signed by Eric Gill. Handsomely bound in the publisher's pigskin, neatly rebacked, with blind stamped design to the front and rear. Complete with the slipcase. The slipcase is worn with some fading. The binding, is clean and shows very little wear. Fore-edge untrimmed and the pages are clean. Beautifully embellished with Eric Gill's signature black and white line drawings. pp. i + ix + iii + 149. Introduction by Gilbert Murray. This text is based on the Quarto Hamlet issued in 1604 and the First Folio version, issued in 1623.
