Limited Edition of only Two Hundred And Sixty Five Copies available for sale in Great Britain and Ireland, of which this is number 95. From the German by John Munster. Handsomely bound in rich blue cloth with elaborate pictorial to the front and gilt titles to the spine. The binding has discoloured, more so to the rear, with loss to the corners. The cloth has split along the top and base of the spine. The text block internally is still pretty firm. Illustrated with 10 stunning colour plates by Frank M. Gregory with several line drawings throughout. Each colour plate has a tissue guard with closed tears to three of them, the rest are in good condition. Pages are toned, consistent with the books age, although clean throughout. Overall a good copy of a scarce title. This book is heavy and may require extra shipping.
